Cookie and Tracking Notice
Version: 1.0
This notice applies to the RingTime marketing website and web application and explains the cookies and similar technologies we use, and your controls. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
1. Categories
| Category | Examples | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Session, theme preference, the consent record itself, rate-limiting and idempotency, bot defense | Always on |
| Analytics | Product-analytics provider (page views, automatic interaction capture); website-analytics provider | Off until you accept |
| Performance | Website performance and web-vitals measurement | Off until you accept |
| Advertising | Maps to the ad-targeting choice | Off; off under Global Privacy Control; never enabled by a single tap for minors |
2. Session replay and interaction capture
On the RingTime application and the marketing website we use sampled session replay and automatic interaction capture. Replay may capture on-screen content; text inputs and images are masked. Disabling Analytics consent stops session replay and interaction capture.
3. Your controls
- Global Privacy Control is honored automatically; advertising and third-party sharing are turned off.
- Manage choices lets you set each category individually, or choose minimal mode to keep only strictly-necessary technologies.
- The consent decision is recorded server-side for audit and forwarded to our consent ledger.
4. Third parties that may set cookies
Our product-analytics provider, website-analytics and performance provider, error-monitoring provider, bot-defense provider, payment processors (at checkout), and mapping providers. See Privacy Policy Section 3 for the categories and purposes.
